Jim McNatt is excited about partnering with your school within Denton, Cooke, Montague or Wise Counties. Here is how McNatt Community Support 2012 works:

 

Your school can utilize this opportunity to raise funds for specific projects by selling raffle tickets and 100% of the money raised goes to your school. The tickets will sell for $2.00 each. You decide where the funds are to be allocated! To get started, designate an individual who will serve as your school’s contact. Your appointed “designee” will be solely responsible for requesting raffle tickets, turning in counted sold and unsold raffle tickets to the McNatt dealership by the required date. They will also have the responsibility of notifying the McNatt dealership of all upcoming events. Each organization can receive up to 10,000 raffle tickets. If additional raffle tickets are needed, special arrangements can be made with the MCS Director. In addition, each organization will be responsible for tracking their funds since they keep 100% of the proceeds.

 

The winner of the raffle will have their choice of a BRAND NEW car or truck from one of the Jim McNatt Auto Group dealerships. They can choose a brand new Honda, Toyota, Scion, Chevrolet, Buick or GMC vehicle with an MSRP of $25,000 or less. The McNatt Auto Group even pays the tax, title and license on the vehicle.  The winner does not need to be present to win, but must be over the age of 18.

 

Jim McNatt Auto Group will provide ALL posters and raffle tickets that you need for your School fundraiser.

 

Your school contact must contact in advance Suzanne Price the McNatt Community Support 2012 Director, and provide her with the requested dates and times of each fundraising function. Your schools location will determine which dealership to pick up tickets. Our goal is to have a vehicle available which can be used for your special fundraising opportunities (see separate guidelines). The presence of the vehicle should assist your organization in selling more raffle tickets especially when there are announcements made about your fundraiser during these functions. Each school will need to turn in all sold raffle tickets once a month by the 30th to the McNatt Community Support 2012 Director. You may turn in sold tickets more often and that is preferred. (Have tickets counted before dropping off.) This should enable us to keep each school and community abreast of the total dollars that have been raised for your school. Tickets should not be sold after Monday April 2nd 2012. All sold as well as unsold tickets must be turned in to the McNatt Community Support Coordinator by Monday, May 2nd 2012 by 3:00PM.  Drawing Held May 19th, 2012 at 4100 S. I-35 E, Denton TX 76210.

In exchange, related Jim McNatt dealerships would like full page advertisements to be included in all available school publications i.e. game programs and yearbooks also placement in all online sites like your school’s website, face book pages etc. McNatt Community Support 2012 will also provide posters for events where tickets will be sold (Posters may also be placed in schools.). This is your opportunity to provide important details on your raffle; encourage community support and inform everyone on how to participate in your fundraising efforts.
